GLP-1+GIP pen 5 mg is a synthetically engineered dual agonist peptide, developed for research into the simultaneous activation of glucose-dependent insulinotropic peptide (GIP) and glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) in experimental models not intended for clinical use. From a chemical point of view, it is a linear peptide comprising 39 amino acids, augmented by a covalently attached lipid chain, which modifies the molecule’s physicochemical properties and its interactions with plasma proteins. The molecular structure has been optimised to enhance enzymatic stability and to enable simultaneous interaction with two families of incretin receptors. Under laboratory conditions, tirzepatyd is widely used to analyse receptor-binding mechanisms, the activation of signalling pathways, and the coordination and interaction between GIP and GLP-1 receptors in in vitro systems and innon-human research models. This substance is intended solely for research and analytical purposes. Dosing applicator – a dosing format intended for research use, enabling standardised dispensing of the reagent within laboratory procedures (RUO).
