GLP-1 GIP 10mg in a precision reagent portioning device. Tirzepatyd is a laboratory-designed peptide with dual agonist activity, developed to study the simultaneous interaction with GIP and GLP-1 receptors in experimental biological systems not involving clinical applications. Chemically, it is a synthetic peptide with a linear amino acid structure, whose molecule has been further modified by the covalent attachment of a lipid fragment, affecting the stability, distribution and interaction properties of the compound. The structural modifications used allow the simultaneous study of two incretin pathways within a single test molecule. In the research setting, tirzepatyd is used to assess receptor affinity, activation of intracellular signalling cascades and the interplay between GIP and GLP-1 receptors, both in vitro and in non-human experimental models. The compound is made available for research and analytical use only and is not intended for use in humans or for therapeutic, diagnostic or consumer purposes.
