Tirze 20mg pen is a synthetic research peptide with dual agonist activity, designed for molecular and pharmacological analyses relating to the GIP and GLP-1 incretin receptors in experimental systems. This compound is an example of a new generation of dual peptides, enabling the simultaneous study of two signalling pathways within a single experimental model. Chemically, tirzepatyd consists of a linear chain of 39 amino acids, linked by classic peptide bonds, with an additional lipid modification involving the covalent attachment of a fatty acid fragment to a lysine residue. The lipid moiety confers amphiphilic properties to the molecule and influences its stability and interactions with proteins in a biological environment. Under laboratory conditions, tirzepatyd is used to study receptor affinity, the activation of signalling cascades, receptor response dynamics, and the phenomena of interaction and modulation of GIP/GLP-1 pathways in in vitro assays and in non-human research models. Analyses Comparative studies have shown that the metabolic response observed following exposure to tirzepatyd was clearly distinguishable from that of other incretin pathway agonists, which is consistent with its dual activation profile of the GIP and GLP-1 receptors.
