Fulfilment and Delivery Time :

Orders placed by 10:30 a.m. on weekdays are processed the same day.

Orders placed after 10:30 a.m. and on public holidays such as Saturday and Sunday are processed on the next working day.

The overall lead time can be between 1 and 2 working days.

Delivery to the customer takes between 1 and 3 working days from the processing of the respective order, with the majority of cases receiving your order on the second day from the date of order.

International shipments take between 1 and 3 working days to arrive, with delivery taking up to 5 working days depending on the carrier's lead time. In most cases, shipments are delivered within 3 working days of ordering.

Status „Accomplished”, The e-mail you receive after processing your order indicates the completion of your order in our sales system. It does not yet mean that the parcel has been delivered.

Once such information is received, the order proceeds to the next stage - preparing the parcel, forwarding it for dispatch or sending it to the carrier. Information about the parcel may be sent in a separate e-mail, a message from the carrier or appear directly in the application / shipment tracking system, depending on whether the carrier provides this form of notification. From this stage onwards, the handling of the delivery already takes place on the carrier's side - we can check the current status of the shipment upon request.

Delivery of a consignment after it has been handed over to the carrier usually takes 1-2 working days, depending on the form of delivery chosen, the location of the recipient and the handling time on the part of the carrier

Delivery :

In the interests of the highest quality of service and the convenience of our customers, orders are delivered by international shipping. Delivery within Poland is carried out using the following methods:

- courier delivery to a specified address,
- delivery to an InPost parcel machine, as chosen by the customer.

Payment :

You can choose between several forms of payment. Cash on delivery (goods and delivery are only paid for by the recipient of the parcel on collection), or directly in the online shop (electronic payment) Google Pay, Apple Pay, Mastercard and Visa.

Uncollected parcels:

In the event that the Customer fails to collect the parcel and it is returned to the Seller for reasons attributable to the Customer (in particular, refusal to accept delivery, failure to collect the parcel within the specified time, failure to collect the parcel from the collection point, or provision of incorrect address details), the Seller reserves the right to deduct from the refund amount the actual costs incurred in connection with the fulfilment of the order, including the cost of dispatch and the cost of returning the parcel as charged by the carrier.

This applies in particular to international consignments, for which the costs of transport, logistics and return to the sender may be significantly higher than for domestic consignments.

Only actual and documented costs incurred by the Seller shall be deducted. The remainder of the funds paid by the Customer will be refunded once the Seller has received the returned parcel and verified the costs incurred.

In the case of electronic payments, refunds are processed via the payment provider handling the transaction. The time taken for the funds to be credited to the Customer’s account depends on the payment provider’s procedures and may take up to 14 working days from the date the refund is requested.

By making a purchase in the shop, the Customer confirms that they have read these rules and the shop’s Terms and Conditions, and that they accept the terms and conditions regarding uncollected parcels, returns and the associated costs.

The above provisions do not limit the Consumer’s rights arising from mandatory provisions of law.
