Fulfilment and Delivery Time :
Orders placed by 12 noon on weekdays are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 12 noon and on public holidays such as Saturday and Sunday are processed on the next working day.
The overall lead time can be between 1 and 2 working days.
Delivery to the customer takes between 1 and 3 working days from the processing of the respective order, with the majority of cases receiving your order on the second day from the date of order.
International shipments take 1 to 2 working days to arrive, with delivery taking up to 5 working days depending on the carrier's lead time. In most cases, shipments are delivered within 3 working days of ordering.
Delivery :
In the interests of the highest quality of service and the convenience of our customers, orders are delivered by international shipping. Delivery within Poland is carried out using the following methods:
- courier delivery to a specified address,
- delivery to an InPost parcel machine, as chosen by the customer.
Payment :
You can choose between several forms of payment. Cash on delivery (goods and delivery are only paid for by the recipient of the parcel on collection), or directly in the online shop (electronic payment) Google Pay, Apple Pay, Mastercard and Visa.
